The idea behind this project is to bring together forest owners and people and businesses interested in protecting the environment, thus creating a win-win situation. The Forest Rent platform enables forest owners to earn a share of the income that they would get from logging and timber sales. Meanwhile, individuals and businesses can rent the forest by paying a monthly fee, thus directly contributing to the preservation of the forest and protecting nature for future generations. Together, we are not only protecting forests and the species they contain, but also contributing to reducing climate change.
Our Goals
Our goals for the coming year. Together, we can achieve them, and in so doing, significantly reduce the irreversible damage we do to the environment.
2K
Save 2000 ha of forest every year. This is equivalent to removing the annual carbon emissions of nearly 1 million gasoline-powered cars or planting about 5 million new trees annually.
60K
Plant 60,000 trees every year. This is equivalent to offsetting the carbon emissions of around 13,000 cars annually or providing enough oxygen for 120,000 people to breathe for a year.
1.3K
By planting 60,000 trees per year, you could potentially sequester approximately 1,320 metric tons of CO2 annually. This is roughly the same as recycling 460 tons of waste instead of sending it to a landfill.
250
If you choose not to log a 2000 ha forest, you could potentially save around 250 species. That’s equivalent to preserving the biodiversity of an entire tropical rainforest.
Our Strategy
-
Interrelations
Forest Rent platform connects forest managers with nature lovers, promoting mutual understanding and cooperation. This interaction allows for more effective forest management and protection, while enabling nature lovers to actively participate in environmental activities.
-
Forest protection
Stopping deforestation are essential steps to ensure biodiversity conservation and reduce climate change. Preventing illegal logging and responsible forest management will not only protect ecosystems but also provide habitats for endangered species.
-
Reforestation
Restoring endangered forests, planting new forests and helping to restore ecosystems are key actions to build resilience and restore ecological balance. This not only helps combat climate change, but also improves soil quality, water cycles and air cleanliness, contributing to the health of the planet as a whole.
